Dan Schulze received his Business Management Degree from Arizona State University in 1979. He started his career in Research and Development with Storage Technology Corp. (large system data storage) in Boulder, Colorado. He joined FARED Robotic Systems as Operations Manager where he was involved with the development of precession robotic equipment involved in clean room technology. Upon his return to Phoenix in 1986, he began his 15 years in the aerospace industry as a Procurement Specialist and Project Manager at Honeywell International Aerospace. Dan has been trained in numerous methods of Production Control, such as Lean Manufacturing and Standard Process Control. Dan is Six Sigma Certified in Continuous Process Improvement, and completed Dr. Robert Ciadini’s Principles of Persuasion program. In 2001 Dan left the aerospace industry to develop and build homes. Using his extensive training and experience in project management and operations, he started JDS Home Developers, LLC. JDS has had business operations in the Pinal County since spring 2001, and Cochise County since 2005, and has been involved with the building of over 50 homes and developing JDS Greystone in Casa Grande. As Managing Member, Dan is in charge of all aspects of JDS from purchases, project development, and sales. He is also involved with supplier development, quality and production control and he is developing a Continuous Process Improvement program. Cindy Schulze received her Bachelor of Communications Degree from Arizona State University in 1980. Her career started in the insurance and financials market in Denver, Colorado with Connecticut General Corp. Her responsibilities included customer development and new strategy implementation. After transferring back to Phoenix with Telesoft Corporation as a sales associate specializing in telecommunications software, she has advanced to Sales Manager, Director of Contracts and Quotations, and ended her 20 year career there as Regional Sales Manager. Her extensive knowledge and experience has helped to develop the strategy for the marketing, sales, and contracts that have played a vital role in the growth of JDS Home Developers.
