Broken Glass Vineyard and Winery Estates

JDS captures the essence of spacious vineyard and winery living. BrokenGlass Vineyards estate sites, for the true wine connoisseur, will be nestled on BrokenGlass Vineyards 40 acres. BrokenGlass Winery Estates, in close proximity of downtown Willcox, AZ. will be developed into a community of 35 estate sites on the 40-acre parcel of land. These custom home-sites provide the canvas for your estate dream home reality.

Community members will be involved with the growing of the grapes, harvesting, or making of the wine. This interactive lifestyle is for people that desire more than just a custom home in a gorgeous location. Enjoying the benefits of your labors with your neighbors will be routine within the peaceful feeling of the winery or vineyards. Enjoy the breath taking sunsets, plentiful wildlife, and a glass of wine in the quiet of your high desert oasis.

The vineyard is located on the gently western sloping hill below Dos Cabezas Mountains in Kansas Settlement, approximately 12 miles South of Willcox. The estates will be of various sized large parcels with areas designated for the purpose of growing the winery grapes. Planting of the first vines is scheduled for spring 2009.

BrokenGlass Vineyards, located on the 400 acre Kansas Settlement shelve already has many established vineyards. Arizona Stronghold Vineyards, formerly Dos Cabezas Wineworks, Crop Circle Vineyard and Winery, Pillsbury Estates Vineyard, Sweet Sunrise Vineyards, Dick Erath Vineyards, and other grape growers are working the land. Many envision the growth of vineyards in this region to only expand per the Arizona Grape Growers Association.

The long-term desire is to create very special home sites that would draw attention for those people who desire to live within a vineyard and winery atmosphere, being part of making BrokenGlass Vineyards wine, and of course sampling as we go. BrokenGlass Vineyard and Winery Estates will be known for a wonderfully comfortable place to live, a mild climate, beautiful views of mountains that surround the valley and outstanding wines.

Coming Summer of 2012.
